Very nice and comfy 1 bedroom appartement with a view of the city centre of Cannes. Quite close to the beach and the center with all the outstanding restaurants and bars. Despite the proximity to the road, the flat is very much silent thanks to a soundproof installation and a brand new 2 units AC inside the appartment.
