The property is in a delightful village location and less than 4 miles from numerous beaches by car or bike (provided). The property has good size level and secure gardens.
We are Sandra and Alastair Grindey from Tavistock and we purchased ALMIGEDA in 2006.
Only 400m from the centre of the village with small supermarket. boulangerie , church and bar. Children's play area in park 200m from the bungalow.
