Alyon is a large 2 rooms 50sqm, beautifully decorated, perfectly equiped.. Bright, quiet, and spacious, it is the ideal place for a stay in Nice. The apartment has exceptional equipments: Dishwasher, several assorted glasses (water, wine, champagne flutes), all kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine (shop 50m), washing machine, 1 flat screen in each room, the bedding is new and comfortable. We put a point of honor to the cleanliness and the state of our accommodation. Everything is new, the cleaning is meticulously done, a welcome basket awaits you (wine, water, aperitifs).

Neighbourhood information

Apartment in the heart of the city center 2 minutes from Place Massena, the pedestrian zone and all its shops and restaurants. Located on the famous Avenue Jean Medecin and its big brands (Sephora perfumes, Zara, H & M, Lafayette Galeries, Nice Etoile, Yves Rocher Fnac, etc ...). The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches is less than 10 minutes walk. The old city, the opera, and tons of restaurants are 5 minutes walk. You will be in the very popular "Carre d'Or".
