Old Burgundy farm (1834) fully restored and equipped (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)with a large garden on the side of a small river (l’Ozerain) detached and entirely closed (allowing unleashed dog) + attached to a large old barn transformed into a large Library and multimedia room with wide views on the garden and the river. Genuine ancient usable bread furnace( see photos)
Former MATHEMATICS teacher in PHNOM PENH (Cambodia), PARIS, NEW YORK city, BEIJING 北京 (China). Very interested in Music and visual Arts.
Located in a very small village de l’Auxois with many opportunities for hiking and biking. Close to many historical places of interest : FONTENAY Abbey, Bussy Rabutin castle, FLAVIGNY, Alésia. DIJON, BEAUNE (famous for the XIV century Hospital and the « Grands Crus » of Burgundy wines).
