Adda is a contemporary apartment in a small brand-new residential building. Literally by the slopes and in the city-centre, this home of 48 sqm features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus one separate WC, modern equipment and a fully-equipped kitchen. A balcony with a magnificent view and a ski locker are also at your disposal. An additional single bed of 80 x 200cm may be set up on request. The home truths: - No daily cleaning included. - The bedroom with the single beds is quite small. - The wellness area is close during summer season. Its opening dates are from December 1st to April 30th. - For an optimum comfort within the property, we recommend a maximum capacity of 4 guests. - The dining table can accommodate up to 4 guests. - Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
