## The space The accommodation is on the first floor (accessible by stairs or elevator) and consists of a living room with a kitchen area (fitted and equipped: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, combined microwave), a TV corner, a separate bedroom with a double bed (or 2 single beds on request) + a sofa bed for 1 person, a bathroom with bath and separate WC ## Guest access The apartment is private. You can take advantage of all of the residence's services free of charge, such as the heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, children's playroom and fitness room. There is also free private parking, places are free and without reservation (limited number of places). A paying launderette is available. ## Guest interaction Marina from Marie-Louise Conciergerie and her team will be on site for your arrival, the smooth running of your stay as well as for your departure. ## Other things to note Linens provided. Free parking on site subject to availability. PAYING WIFI (price depending on the duration chosen) by connecting to the PIERRE ET VACANCES network. The concierge will be there to welcome you between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
