The property is in the centre of Briancon. There are three, three-bed apartments facing south looking over the mountains with glorious views sleeping from 6 persons to 22 persons. You are 300 metres from the ski lifts, and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. All apartments have full entertainment and internet set-ups. You have huge windows so the apartments are very light and are calm considering you are in the middle of town thanks to full double glazing. In winter or summer use the outside furniture, shade sails and BBQs to enjoy meals overlooking the mountains. Beds are comfortable and you either have 2 bathrooms per apartment or three (all ensuite in Maia). You have open fire in Klimt, underfloor heating, towel radiators, rain showers, a ski room, and lots more. Enjoy this fantastic property in the heart of the resort.
Been living in Briancon for the last 14 years and still love everything it has to offer. It is a great resort offering 300 days sunshine a year - double that od many resorts and offers the best fake snow system in Europe to guarantee snow coverage. The skiing is in the trees which is amazing, and the resort has lots of entertainment for kids and families throughout the season. Summer is excellent providing the best cycling, mountain biking, rafting, kayaking, hiking, swimming, boating the French Alps has to offer. There are also opportunities for day trips to Italy (20km) and other local resorts, lakes, etc. close by.
You are in the heart of Briancon, so restaurants are all around, a nice local bar is close, casino, swimming centre with water slides, ice cream shop, ice hockey, bike shops, ski shops, the main ski lift, public parking, church, the main street market.....and lots more.
