CAMBO, C275: In a secure residence with a swimming pool*, this one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor, featuring a living/dining room (TV, sofa bed NOT convertible, etc.), an open-plan equipped kitchen (washing machine, mini-oven, multifunction microwave, ceramic hob), one bedroom (double bed), one bathroom with shower and toilet, and a south-facing terrace with a pool view. Pets are not allowed. No internet access - SOUTH-FACING TERRACE - SHARED POOL - Smoking on the terrace *Pool open from mid-June to mid-September. No discount will be granted if the pool is closed to the public. This decision is the sole responsibility of the condominium management company.
