A supplement will apply for bookings between 1st of October and 15th of April to cover heating costs.
Please note that the car park is not available due to renovation works until 31st March 2023. There is a possibility to park the car on the other side of the road, opposite the property.
Cleaning fee is not included as you are welcome to return the flat as clean as you found it. Alternatively, you can ask the local rep to clean it for you at the end of your stay and pay her the 45 Euros directly. This fee includes the bedsheets, towels, kitchen cloths and bath mat for everyone too.
Should you prefer to clean it yourself, a cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival.
