Studio located on the 5th floor with a balcony. Surface area of 30 m2. View of the slopes and the Valentin platform. In the living room, you will find a flat screen TV, a 140cm folding bed, a BZ sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, 3 induction hobs and everything you need to cook. At the entrance, there is an alcove with a bunk bed for 2 people. You will also have a renovated bathroom with a shower, a sink, a mirror and a towel dryer. The toilets are separate. Bay window with double glazing and electric roller shutters, opening onto a 3m2 balcony. Access to the central terrace of the Valentin esplanade will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane. Pet package: 40 Euros - Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
