Located on the ground floor of our house, this renovated 36 m² apartment, ideally located north of Pau, near Total CSTJF, Teréga . WI-Fi . A bedroom (140x190 bed), a bathroom, a living room -fully equipped kitchen. Duvets and pillows. Fully equipped kitchen : fridge, hob, oven, washing machine, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. TV. Dining area - outdoor relaxation. Non-smoker. Animals not admitted. Quick access to the ring road. Close to amenities . Free parking.
Entry and exit times to be agreed together depending on the day. If you want to stay the weekend or a whole week. Thanks for seeing with me. I live there, so it is easy to exchange.
Our neighborhood is very well placed because it is close to all amenities. For those who like to run or walk, we are close to a wood and hiking trails accessible on foot from the house. 20 meters on foot: - Food truck every noon, - Restaurant l'XO, - Bar, beer cellar 200 meters on foot: - caterer, bakery, florist, bank, hairdresser, tobacco press - restaurant, take-away pizzas ... • Free parking in the street and in the square next to the house Pau Pyrénées Uzein airport 17 minutes by car • A64 exit number 10 Pau center, we are 7 minutes by car. • North ring road towards Morlaàs • Pau TGV station direct by Line 9, 17 minutes by car • Idelis bus line number 9, Berlanne stop (50m from the house)
