Studio de 38 m2,recemment restauré, tout confort pour une ou deux personnes, possibilité d un lit bébé. Sur la grand place historique d Arras. Très calme (fenêtres donnant sur la cour extérieur). Proche des restaurants, des commerces, du marché et de l office de tourisme.

Au centre d une petite ville ,Arras. Riche : De son architecture ,les places, le beffroi, la citadelle, le musée. De son histoire de la 1ere guerre mondiale ,les sites de commémorations, les cimetières ... De sa culture , le Louvre Lens ,le bassin minier ....
