Top floor apartment in a chalet with a 180 degree view of the mountains from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped, ideal for 4 people and possible up to 6 people. There are about fifty steps outside to access the apartment; the view is worth it. To feel at home and fully enjoy your vacation with family or friends, sleds, board games and books are at your disposal. Upon request, we also have a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair to accommodate your baby.
We are a couple with two children aged 6 and 9. We love traveling and we have been able to try around ten private rental in France and abroad. We are renting out our winter home in the mountains. We use this apartment for a few weeks a year and we offer it for rent the rest of the time. We want you to feel at home with all the necessary equipment for a great vacation. Key box for late arrivals. Concierge services on site, Dounia is available throughout your stay if needed and will be present at the checkout.
Albiez is an authentic mountain village, located 1 hour from Chambéry, above Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. In the heart of the mountains, its villages are a haven of tranquility to recharge your batteries and enjoy the fantastic landscape. At the same time very close to the mountain, this vast moraine plateau 12 km long and 3 km wide, cut by torrents, offers a pleasant feeling of freedom and a panoramic view of all the surrounding massifs. Located in Maurienne, in the heart of Savoy, the town of Albiez-Montrond is dominated to the east by Mont Emy (2797 m) and the ridge that runs up to the superb Aiguilles d'Arves in the south -Is at 3514 m. There are many reasons to appreciate Albiez ... but it's mainly the beautiful landscape and the authenticity that can still be found in our village. 67 hectares of alpine skiing slopes are available around the two main villages of the area: Chef-lieu and le Mollard, which range from 1,500 m to 2,100 m above sea level. For beginners, green slopes and ski lessons are available. Experienced skiers will enjoy varied and challenging slopes, and they can - depending on the weather situation - match each other at the boardercross slope or in the snowpark. 13 SKI LIFTS, 19 SLOPES, 40 KM OF GROOMED RUNS
