Renovated and contemporary 45m2 apartment in a quiet, tree-lined residence 150m from the sea with a 180° sea view terrace. Top floor apartment (4th floor with elevator). Quiet room, 2 large skylights and sea view. Living room with 2 seater sofa bed. Bathroom with plenty of storage and large mirror. Separate toilet with cabinet and sink. Large storage room. Equipped kitchen open to living room and dining room. Private parking space (closed garage), secure building with lift. Located 2km from Deauville and 5min walk from the beach, the place is ideal for a quiet stay with everything you need nearby (Carrefour, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Entertainment for children on the beach. Deauville station 5 minutes by car. Other remarks Smoking is possible but only on the terrace (smoke detector in the apartment).
