Apartment of 117 m2 completely new In the heart of Lacanau ocean beach south, you will benefit from its exceptional location to do everything on foot or by bike after having parked your car thanks to the parking provided with the accommodation. A carrefour contact is located at the foot of the building, the pedestrian street is 1 minute away without having any noise pollution. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its private bathroom with shower, vanity unit and mirror. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in 90X190cm that can be joined in 180X190cm, a 3rd with bed in 160X200cm as well as a large balcony and a view of the city and the breathtaking forest (sunrise), each bedroom has a storage space for clothes. The living room dining area is very bright thanks to its French window opening onto the west-facing balcony, perfect for sunsets. You can have lunch on a beautiful table that can comfortably seat up to 6 people. You will also have a 3-seater sofa and armchairs. An open and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine ... The accommodation has been built with noble and elegant materials. We can't wait
