This accommodation will seduce you with its elegance, comfort and space. Integrated into an old typical Périgord farm in a green and very quiet setting, it includes a beautiful bedroom with private terrace, an exceptional bathroom with Italian shower, freestanding bathtub and separate toilet, as well as an office with table football and a shared fitted kitchen. Access to a large terrace facing a beautiful wooded park. The house offers for your comfort a garden furniture, 2 outdoor tables, 2 deckchairs and 2 parasols. Many games are at your disposal as well as mountain bikes, ping-pong table, table football. Pets are accepted.
I will be staying in a separate part of the house and will usually be there to welcome you.
Located in a place not overlooked, very quiet, only broken by the song of the birds! Large wooden terrace of 60 m2 facing the park. Beautiful wooded park of 2.3 ha and large swimming pool open from June. Located 10 minutes from the cave of 100 mammoths of Rouffignac and 25 minutes from Montignac and Lascaux 4.
