Property information

53m² apartment on the ground floor with terrace located in a luxury residence. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. At the foot of the accommodation are tram 10, shops (Picard, Carrefour Market, wine merchant) as well as a Fitness Park gym. Possibility of reserving a box in the residence car park (10 euros per day). Possibility to arrive between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. for an additional charge of 20 euros. Possibility of arriving after 10 p.m. for a supplement of 50 euros.
