T2 flat for 1 to 2 people + baby, located in the centre of Toulouse. Located on the 1st floor with lift in a quiet, pleasant residence. The flat is fully equipped, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down! KITCHEN : - oven - microwave - fridge - kettle - toaster - coffee machine (L'OR Nespresso compatible) - induction hob - kitchen utensils (frying pan, saucepan, etc.) - washing machine - dining table BEDROOM : 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) Plenty of wardrobe space Bed linen included TOILETS : Separate WC BATHROOM : Bath Numerous accessories: hairdryer, shower products Bathroom linen included LIVING ROOM : Cosy sitting area with Netflix Sofa OUTSIDE: Small balcony, ideal for drinking coffee/tea Dining area

In the immediate vicinity of Place Dupuy with its Halle aux grains, and the town centre. Numerous restaurants within a few minutes of the property, and a wide range of shops (supermarkets, bakery, butcher's, grocer's). A short walk from the Cité de l'Espace. Close to the ring road and motorway. A bus station located just a few metres from the property will take you all over the city. François Verdier metro stop 9 minutes away L1: 10 minutes (Jean Jaurès) 23: 18 minutes (Gare Matabiau) For frequent travellers, the airport is around 20 minutes away.
