The apartment is located in Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie close to all amenities: - Metro A (Perrache, Bellecour, Hôtel de ville) - 14min - Tramway 3 and 7 (Part Dieu) - 20min - Tramway 7 (Groupama Stadium) - 10min - Rhône-Express (Aéroport/Gare Saint Exupéry) - 30min The apartment is a 15min walk from La Soie (shopping center). The condominium is quiet, away from the road. It has its own parking space and a separate entrance with a small balcony. The apartment is non-smoking Please note that the shower is not suitable for people over 178 cm tall!

The neighborhood is quiet. There should be no noise after 8pm. Please respect the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed. Buses and the metro are nearby to reach the city (see description). Parking is available in front of the apartment. You'll find a pizzeria 100m away, a grocery store 700m away and the shopping center 1km away.
