Property information

Discover the charm of Arcachon by staying at this pleasant new appartment very close to main shopping area and beaches. The flat is very comfortable with open plan living area and a new fully equiped kitchen and two bedrooms. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. There are also two secure parking places and a terrace for everyone to eat together. You can leave your cars in the garage and explore the area either on foot or by the two bikes supplied on the many cycle lanes in the town.

Neighbourhood information

In a newly built residence in 2023 in a road recently upgraded (finished in 2024). The flat is in the middle if the building and therefore protected from noise of roads Georges Méran and Cours Desbiey Five minutes on foot from shopping area and 10 minutes to the beach The residence has a secure parking and the flat has two parking spaces. Everything can be reached on foot - shops, beach and station. Supermarket at 5 minutes on foot, hyper market 10 minutes in the car. Cheap buses to get around particularly to the Dune du Pilat. Great boat trips available at 10 minutes on foot from the flat
