Spacious and bright, this apartment offers all modern comforts: a large living room with a 52" TV, a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a stylish LED-lit bed. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. A beautiful 42 m² terrace with a barbecue, sun loungers, and dining area — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Stay in this beautiful Tasta neighborhood, located in Bruges, at the gates of Bordeaux. Just 2 minutes from Bordeaux Lac beach, the Sailing School, and the ring road. Close to Matmut Stadium, the Exhibition Center, and Bordeaux Lac Shopping Center. Well served by bus and tram, with all amenities nearby (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, physiotherapist, beauty salon, and Calicéo spa). Perfect for a relaxing or business stay!
