Quiet flat with air conditioning close to the city center in a green area. Very easy to go to the city center or to Eurexpo. The metro, buses and tram going to the town center and Eurexpo are down the street at 2 mn walking. You can park in front of the house in the street. Very quiet area. Flat very well furnished : new cook battery, beds, TV… You will feel at home. We are in a residential area. Please respect the quietness of the neighbourhood. Our flat is non smoker. You can enjoy your cigarette outside where you can find an ashtraye. Only guests registered are authorized. No invited guests are allowed. Please note that there is an outdoor camera. Our wish is to welcome only travelers for professional or touristic / personal purposes. Every other use of the flat can be declined.
We live upstairs with our family and I will be very delighted to advise you for places to visit in Lyon and help you if you need. We love travelling and meeting people. We often use Booking services and we are very happy to be host too !
Only the neighbourhood use our street so it’s a very quiet area. You can be with the metro within 10 mn in the city center of Lyon. You are close to supermarkets and shops (5 mn by walk from Monoprix, Galeries Lafayette or Casino 24h and 5mn by car from Carrefour, IKEA…). On the other side of the street stands a huge parc of 178 ha (parc de Parilly) where you can go by foot in 10 mn (foot and cycling path from the house). You will feel as in a wood ! Squirrels often come to visit us :)
