You will live in an apartment or you can walk or cycle to all the shops (bakeries, grocery shops, chemists, doctors, shops, restaurants, cinema, theatres) and discover Pézenas; beautiful shopping streets, cours Jean Jaurès, carefree park, small theatre beautifully restored and adjacent to the building, historic district and its shops. Thanks to the proximity of the apartment (between 10 and 20 minutes) to the A75 and A9 motorways you can discover the richness of the region ; -A trip aboard the Canal du Midi barges and discover the local gastronomy by crossing the superb Fonséranes Locks with a panoramic view of the Pont Vieux (listed as a historical monument), the Saint Nazaire Cathedral and the Madeleine Church (worth a visit). -Relaxation by the sea or practice several water sports activities in the beautiful Mediterranean beaches (Valras-Plage, Sérignan, Portiragnes). -Visit of superb historical heritage such as the town of Pézenas, the village of St Guilhem le désert and Roquebrun... and the very beautiful wine estates... -Golf course at the Golf of St Thomas 15 minutes away.
