The large villa Tatiana, built in the 1920s and completely renovated, welcomes you to its ground floor apartment, in the middle of its 2000 m2 “Provençal” garden, fully fenced and planted with spectacular Aleppo pines and many exotic species. In peace and quiet, you have a 54 m2 one-bedroom apartment (1 bedroom + 1 kitchen-living room + 1 bathroom / WC), a 70 m2 terrace in the garden with sea view and no other house opposite. The apartment was renovated in 2022 in keeping with the style of the villa and has all the necessary comforts (air conditioning / heating, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower, TV, Bluetooth amplifier, free wifi, fiber optics and computer sockets in the living rooms, barbecue). Possibility to accommodate four people: 1 very comfortable double bed in 160 and 2 comfortable single sofa beds. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. You have a free parking space in the garden. Booking for 5 nights minimum. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. The quiet of the neighborhood must be respected. It is requested to leave the accommodation clean and tidy before leaving.

The villa is located on a hill, in the Domaine de Pimeau, a villa district in Juan-les-Pins, facing the Mediterranean and away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside. For this reason it is recommended to have a car. The villa has a pleasant sea breeze in the summer and out of season, beautiful sunshine from morning to evening. It is located in a quiet, airy and green residential area, 10 minutes from the buses. You will be: 1.4 km from the beaches, 3.5 km from the center, 2.7 km from the center of Golfe-Juan, 9.5 km from the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, 19 km from Nice-Côte d'Azur airport (bus). It is requested to respect the tranquility of this residential area.
