Situated in a quiet location on the 1st and top floor of a three-unit building, this flat offers you a peaceful environment, where you are guaranteed peace, serenity and privacy. Nestling in the heart of Haveluy, you'll find all the amenities you need (bakery, pizzeria, etc.) nearby to satisfy your daily needs. Inside, you'll enjoy a bright living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, and a lounge with a sofa bed that can sleep up to two people. For optimum rest, the bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with dressing area and blackout blind. There is, of course, a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. There's also a dedicated desk for your work space. For your entertainment, take advantage of the television with fibre connection, Wi-Fi and applications such as Canal+, Disney+ and Netflix. There is a secure storage room for up to 3 bikes. Street parking is free and pets are welcome under certain conditions. Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Other remarks: A stair gate for children and a baby cot are available on request.
