Apartment located in the heart of Cavalaire-Sur-Mer, one of the most sought-after villages on the Côte d'Azur. Located in an excellent gated community, where you can enjoy a fantastic swimming pool, surrounding gardens and wonderful mountain views. It is 10 minutes from the beach on foot or 2 minutes by car, and there is also the possibility of using the municipal bus that passes right outside the residence, which will make it easier to get to the beach without having to look for parking. The apartment has been completely refurbished and equipped with all the necessary kitchen accessories, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, a double bed and an excellent sofa bed, so you can relax without any worries. The perfect place for a family vacation or a couples' getaway, in the tranquillity and security that both Cavalaire and our residence offer. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy the charms that this charismatic village has to offer in an apartment in the heart of C'azul. Cavalaire, where the sun is more persistent, the sea warmer and more transparent, a paradise village in the South of France.
