The Vue Bassin apartment is a charming T3 duplex on the 1st floor of a small building, completely renovated with reversible air conditioning in every room to provide you with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment comprises: a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge/freezer....) a sitting area with sofa and TV, a large bay window opens onto an 18 m² terrace equipped with a plancha, dining table for 4, garden furniture and two deckchairs. A toilet with washing machine completes the first floor. Upstairs, a hallway leads to two bedrooms (1 with a 140cm bed and 1 with 2 90cm beds) with closets, velux windows and reversible air conditioning, a shower room with WC, The apartment's central location puts you within easy reach of bars, restaurants and local entertainment, contributing to a lively, dynamic atmosphere. Although the area can be lively, the apartment remains a haven of peace where you can relax after a day of exploring. - Private parking in a residence 200 m from the apartment and a bicycle garage in the immediate vicinity For an even more comfortable stay, we offer the following optional services: - cleaning at the end of your stay for 60 euros Linen is not provided, with the exception of tea towels and bath mats.
