First-floor apartment with sea view balcony. Just a few steps from the beach and promenade; direct access to the sea (no road to cross). Independent entrance, separate kitchen with microwave/oven, fridge, coffee maker, and stovetop. Large-screen TV, books, and travel guides. Sleeping for 2 people (sofa bed). Close to all shops, restaurants, a casino, a pizzeria, and a cinema. The residence is secure, and there's a crêperie located at the bottom of the residence.

From the apartment, you can be lulled by the sound of the waves. The summer activities are not to be missed; concerts, dances, beach events, and more. There is also a sailing school and tennis courts. The town of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer has many shops, all within walking distance, providing a lively summer atmosphere. Access to Saint-Aubin: - By train: Paris Saint-Lazare to Caen in 2 hours and 35 minutes, then a bus from Caen to Saint-Aubin in 40 minutes. - By car: Paris to Caen in 3 hours via the A13 motorway. Once there, you won't need a car. You can park it easily and enjoy the coastline on foot or by bike.
