Our new built apparthotel (136 studios and 2 rooms appartments) is a nice place to be in clermont fd, for bussiness or family leisure, closed to historical town center, tram, shops, easy car park open 24/7, breakfast, fitness, terrasse on the roof of the commercial center.

au coeur de l'activité culturelle de la ville, proche du centre historique, et des commerces, c'est "the place to be" à Clermont Ferrand, Le tram et le bus sont à quelques minutes à pied de la résidence.
