Renovated family accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room with american kitchen and balcony, it's located on the second floor with an elevator offers both comfort, tranquility, elegance, and a magnificent view of the Seine, as well as proximity to all amenities. It is located just a 7min drive from the Eiffel Tower and a 5min walk from Metro Line 9 (serving Trocadéro, Champs-Élysées, Opera, Galeries Lafayette), RER C, and the tramway. The neighborhood is lively, with restaurants, pubs, and shops in immediate proximity, as well as many campanies sites, Olympique games sites like Parc des Princes and Roland Garros. The apartment offers free WIFI, Netflix Acces and Free 1 place Parking.
