In a small hamlet of about twenty houses and in an old renovated farm of 6 houses on a plot of 5000m2 a 2 bedroom first floor house with bathroom, shower, wc. The workshop overlooks the pool. Balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Kitchen, living room, dining room of 75m2 with wood-burning stove. Fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. TV, CD/DVD player, Wi-fi. Fully fenced 15 x 15 swimming pool with central island, shared between our 5 gîtes, open from mid-April to mid-September. Private parking.
