Property information

Our guest house "Place Saint Louis" is a house dating from the 18th century. It is composed of 3 floors with Hungarian parquet floors, terracotta tiles and old fireplaces, giving a particularly warm, chic and refined atmosphere. The house is decorated with antique furniture and antique furniture found in the flea markets of the region. It is located in the heart of the historic centre with an exceptional view of the Saint Louis Cathedral and a stone's throw from the castle. All the guest rooms are quiet and equipped with air conditioning with their private bathrooms and toilets. For these rooms, breakfast is served in the dining room of the house. The apartment LOUIS XII, located on the ground floor of the house, ideal for a family (5 persons) or two couples wishing to visit the region is equipped with two quiet rooms, a shower room, toilets, dining room and kitchen. It is an independent accommodation. For this accommodation, breakfasts are not proposed.

Our house is located in the heart of the city with an admirable view of the cathedral, a stone's throw from the magnificent Jardin de l'Evéché, 10 minutes walk from the castle, the magic and fine arts museum and a stone's throw from the banks of the Loire River. Numerous terraces and restaurants await you for a short break!
