On the last floor right under the roof of our character building from 1894, our Loft will be perfect for a stay with your partner, family or friends in the heart of the Côte des Blancs vineyard in Champagne! This elegant apartment has been fully renovated while keeping its vintage character with the exposed wooden beams. You will spend a unique stay with all the high-quality comfort you need. We thought of everything to make you feel at home! You will enjoy a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and sitting area decorated with matching vintage furniture. The large bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as an extra mattress perfect for children! Another double bed is available in the living room to accommodate two more people. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
We are a local couple specialized in wine tourism. We are truly passionate about the Champagne region and its eponymous drink. We offer to make you discover the vineyards in unique ways. We were born here so Champagne has no secrets for us! We provide personalized tours of the vineyards and villages of Champagne in vintage French vehicles (Estafette, Renault 4L et Citroën 2CV). You can rent electrically-assisted bikes from us. We are very welcoming and will do our best to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
Our charming apartment is located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs area in the Champagne region, famous for its Chardonnay grapes that make Blanc de blancs champagne. The village of Avize is surrounded by vineyards, you'll find them just 100 meters away from the accommodation! Our lovely rental accommodation is ideally located to discover the many winemakers that have been in the village for generations. You will also find all the necessary local shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy…) Avize has the peace and quiet of the countryside with all the comfort of the city, and is just 10 minutes away from Epernay the capital of Champagne!
