In Provence – 50m² apartment adjoining our villa in a quiet residential area. 🚗The Orange A7/A9 highway exits are located just 5 minutes from the house. Ideal for a stopover A living room with a double sofa bed. TV with MyCanal / Disney+ or Netflix available. Spacious bedroom with a standard double bed and a travel cot for baby En-suite bathroom (hair dryer provided). Private terrace with table and chairs. Laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. Towels and bed linen provided. A complimentary coffee pod and tea bag are available on site for the first night. A starter kit is also included: two dishwasher tablets and two laundry capsules. 🏊‍♀️Swimming pool: ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: ACCESS TO THE POOL AREA IS ONLY ALLOWED BETWEEN 6:30 PM AND 9:00 PM ⚠️ In September/October, enjoy swimming under the dome to stay sheltered from any possible chill! Due to my profession at home, I cannot allow daytime access to the pool. Thank you for your understanding. The pool is shared with our family. As of September 26, 2025, the pool water temperature is 25°C. The pool still has a good temperature in September and October thanks to the pool enclosure. Private parking space – free and monitored by security cameras. ---------------------------- 🍴The nearest restaurant is 800 meters away. You can walk there through the countryside along roads surrounded by vineyards. It's a very lovely walk. 🚄 Avignon TGV train station is 30 minutes away by car. 🚲 Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Via Rhôna or Via Venaissia bike routes. Bike rentals are available in the town center. 🎠 A great amusement park, Parc Spirou in Monteux, is only 30 minutes away. 18 min from the European BMX Championship in Sarrians from June 24 to 28, 2026.

The Orange A7/A9 highway exits are located just 5 minutes from the house.
