Behind Au Chat Qui Dort, we are two brothers: Baptiste & Julien. It was in 2016 that the first apartments of Au Chat Qui Dort were born. Originally, Baptiste was leaving his job in finance for a project combining his love for the city of Lille and his taste for old buildings (or beautiful bricks!). This marked the beginning of the renovation of the first establishment at 18 rue des Archives in the Vieux-Lille. Julien would join Baptiste in the adventure a year later. 'Together, we combined our entrepreneurial spirit and our high standards to develop Au Chat Qui Dort. The North is a welcoming region, and we are thrilled to continue this tradition!'"

Our property Au Chat Qui Dort Lille - Gare is a fully renovated building, completed in 2024, with a special attention given to low-energy performance (best in class windows, full insulation, thermodynamic water heaters, etc.). Five apartments residence: 2 studios, 1 one-bedroom apartment, and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Up to 15 people can stay here, for work and/or leisure in complete serenity. You will find the following amenities: Washing machine / Dryer (*only in one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments) Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven) Nespresso machine Kettles Work area (only in one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments) High-speed WIFI Smart TV (with accessible Netflix service – Netflix subscription not included) in each bedroom and living room Queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) Bathroom with shower Hairdryer Iron Accommodations are not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
