We propose to you to the rent, in the heart of the seaside resort of Binic, this charming apartment with port view, at less than one of 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a loggia. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 140×190) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A 2 m² loggia with furniture to enjoy fine weather and the view of the port Other remarks : - Wifi is available in the accommodation. - Sheets and towels included. - Pets are accepted in the accommodation for an extra charge of e15, please specify when booking. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... of a playground for the children... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the residence.
