Classified 4*, this 16th century building has 140 m² spread over 3 levels and has all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and one with its own bathroom as well as two shower rooms. The house: Located in an area where it is good to live, this home is composed as follows: First floor: - A beautiful dining room with a large reception table with seating for 8. - A very cosy living room with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a table with 2 seats, a TV, a sink and a decorative fireplace. - A kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee pod maker... Second floor : - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) - Room 2 : a Queen-Size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a pull-out bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a sink. - A shower room with a shower, a basin, storage space and a toilet. - Separate toilet. Second floor: - Room 4: large and attic with exposed beams where you will find two spaces with on one side a King-Size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and below, accessible by 3 steps, a trundle bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) a child's desk and a coffee table, a TV. - A bathroom with a shower, a basin, storage space and a toilet.

You can also visit the English garden which offers a unique view of the Rance river and the port of Dinan from the top of the ramparts! A few meters away: art galleries, restaurants, terraces, stores, public transportation and other amenities. Everything is accessible by foot! Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park on paid parking (parking Duguesclin, parking of the historic center). Free Castle parking 300 meters. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Free Dynamo bus network connecting: Dinan, Léhon, Lanvallay, Quévert, Taden - Bus: Line 3 to Léhon via Dinan, Line 11 from Dinan to Dinard, Line 12 from Dinan to Saint-Jacut. - Dinan train station located 2 km (6 minutes by car) - Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located at 17.3 km (22 minutes by car) Neighborhood: The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Dinan, a few meters from the Basilica St-Sauveur and its charming square, as well as the English garden offering from the top of the ramparts a unique view on the Rance and the port of Dinan!
