The fine print
For information our Hotel has no elevator, the reception is open from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
Rooms are available with the machine located at the entrance that allows access to your record and finish your reservation if necessary, your name of reservation and number of reservation will be useful to identify you, payment by machine with credit card only; other way wait for the opening of the reception.
Assistance is available for any issues you may encounter. Groups of more than 4 rooms will have different conditions of sale thanks to contact the hotelier.
Our establishment is open Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
Fridays from 06:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30, and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30.
Outside reception opening hours, proceed to the hotel entrance, where an Automatic Room Dispenser allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
All you need is your reservation number and your credit card for payment, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Your room access code also opens the hotel gate and lobby door, if applicable.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of € 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
