Exclusively yours, is the first floor with a light double bedroom, a large private shower room and separate WC. A large spacious lounge with TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a snooker/ billiard table completes your accommodation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Ample free on/off street parking close by. A fridge is available for your use. Our pretty courtyard garden is perfect for your breakfast, a morning coffee or an evening drink. Continental breakfast is included, and a breakfast basket will be delivered to you each morning. A cosy place to stay while visiting friends, travelling onwards, searching for that new French home, or simply looking to relax and unwind in this beautiful and undiscovered corner of northwest France. We operate a Strictly No Smoking policy in the house, however, smoking is permitted in the courtyard garden.
Your hosts moved to the beautiful region of Mayenne in 2016. Debbie has basic level French but continues to improve her language skills. They are very social, enjoy meeting people and love to explore the Mayenne region. Your hosts have a small dog on the property that has no access to your first-floor accommodation.
Centrally located in a charming small rural town, we are just a few steps from all essential amenities: Restaurant, Bar-Tabac (bread available here Tuesday to Sunday), Bank with ATM and a small supermarket. There are numerous country walks in the vicinity along with 2 lakes. The largest lake has a BBQ area for public use. Mayenne, Laval, Gorron & Ernée are the nearest large towns and all have lots of lovely restaurants and places of interest. So much to see and do in this region of France.
