The house is newly refurbished,very near the beach all commerce and all on one level. Compact, bright and easy to maintain.
I enjoy meeting people and would like them to feel the same as I do about this sweet little house so near to the beach as well as many other interesting places in the area.
St Palais and the surrounding villages and towns have an abundance of great bars and restaurants plus interesting cultural sites, wonderful walks and many other activities. For instance there are designated cycle routes, many sports facilities, excellent open air markets, clubs, concerts, exhibitions and so much more to discover. Most importantly you can explore the many beautiful beaches, some pretty and unspoilt coves as well as wonderful stretches of golden sand if you like more privacy. The Côte Sauvage is wild and exciting where as Plage du Bureaux of St Palais is easily accessible with very good bars,restaurants and shops all close by. The whole area has a tremendous range of activities for all age groups and has a delightful charm.
