We are both experienced in the hospitality industry, having previously managed a chateau in the Midi-Pyrenees offering bed and breakfast and chateau rentals, as well as a 52-bedroom hotel, restaurant and 6 self-catering apartments .

Beauchamp is a 19th Century traditional Perigord stone Farmhouse with two 3-Bedroom holiday homes located in the peaceful Dordogne countryside, 5 minutes from the 13th century Bastide town of Monpazier, classified among the ‘Most Beautiful Villages of France’. Beauchamp is the perfect base to discover the Dordogne. The Bastide towns of Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne River enveloped by medieval villages and fortresses are 15 minutes away. The main towns of Bergerac and Sarlat are 40 minutes’ drive. Driving in the other direction, within 30 minutes you can visit the beautiful Bastide towns of Villereal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et- Garonne. HOLIDAY HOME MAISON MONPAZIER awarded 4-Stars by the Ministry of Tourism is a 200-year old Perigord Farmhouse with thick stone walls, exposed beams, heating, log burner, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden and heated 10x4m saltwater swimming pool accommodates up to 6 guests. HOLIDAY HOME MAISON EYMET awarded 3-Stars by the Ministry of Tourism is a modern converted barn with reverse-cycle aircon throughout, 3-bedrooms ensuite with showers and WC’s, private garden and a heated 5×3 m above-ground pool accommodates up to 6 guests. The ground floor, accessible for guests with reduced mobility is let as a 1-bedroom self-catering outside peak season for up to 2 guests and an infant. The pools are open all year round, heated beginning April to end October and on request outside these months with a supplement.

Beauchamp is the perfect base to discover the Dordogne. The Bastide towns of Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne River enveloped by medieval villages and fortresses are 15 minutes away. Bergerac with an international airport is 30 minutes away. Driving in the other direction, within 30 minutes, you can visit the beautiful Bastide towns of Villereal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et- Garonne.
