Property information

Ideal for a family or group of friends, our spacious, modern and stylishly decorated apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a completely renovated building located between the vibrant 10th arrondissement and the Sentier. The first bedroom has a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two single beds on request. If you would like two single beds for your stay, please let us know as far in advance as possible. The second bedroom has a 160x200 bed. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wifi, Bluetooth speakers and a washing machine-dryer... On your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea). All our apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this essential rule will result in a special post-stay cleaning charge of half your deposit.

Neighbourhood information

The district known as the Quartier du Sentier nestles in a spot near the Grands Boulevards, between rue du Sentier, boulevard Sébastopol and rue Réaumur. In the Middle Ages it was considered the most dangerous place in Paris, frightening away even the police! Today this block of buildings hums with activity with its fabric shops. In recent years, this activity has diversified, and indeed a great many Internet start-ups have taken addresses here, renaming the area "Silicon Sentier". Crisscrossed by rue du Caire, rue d’Aboukir and rue du Nil, the street names recall Napoleon's Egyptian campaign in 1798. Parisians prize Quartier du Sentier especially for one of its streets: rue Montorgueil. Greengrocers, cafés, restaurants and grocers all give life to this quaint pedestrians-only street, not to be missed by those who really want to taste life the way the Parisians live it. Construction works are happening on the next door building and will likely last until May 2025.
