Looking forward to seeing you:) ## Logement Located on the 3ᵉ floor without lift, the flat offers: - 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds ; - a mezzanine converted into a mountain area with 2 single beds = please note that this mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 as the ladder is very steep ; - a functional shower room; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a bright lounge area where you can relax after a day out; - a magnificent balcony with a splendid view of Mont Blanc, complete with table, chairs and deckchairs to let you admire the scenery. You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: wifi connection, outdoor parking space, ski room with 3 sledges, raclette machine, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, iron and much more. The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels. One of the main advantages of this flat is its location. It is just a 3-minute walk from the Grands Montets Ski Area and ESF, and is the only flat on the 3ᵉ floor. For your daily needs, a supermarket "Marché U et Drive" is a 13-minute walk away.
