Beautiful French Holiday Villa set in lovely, attractive grounds with plenty of space and lots to see and do.
This property is completely enclosed and very private and consists of beautiful private swimming pool accompanied with all regulated safety gated equipment for little one's safety , Sun loungers for you to relax on and bask in the beautiful hot sun of Saint Junien.
For all the bubble lovers, there is a hot tub for you to have that well deserved chilled glass of complimentary prosecco.
For the budding chefs of the group there is a barbeue with surrounding decking with an outside eating area.
This wonderful property also has an abundance of equipment to keep the little ones occupied, including a trampoline,,swings,games and much more.
Inside there is fully equipped kitchen with intergrated dish washer large fridge freezer coffee machine, microwave etc .
The Cosy Lounge has Sky TV, music system , books , games and bed settee for those extra guests .
The Bedrooms all have that wonderful french touch accompanied with beautiful large opening windows to just open in the morning and take in the amazing views and lovely fresh air there is also plenty of storage space .
There is a laundry room in the basement free standing bath and wc /basin on the ground floor and wc /enclosed shower / hand basin to first floor
This stunning villa is just a 7 minute drive from the lovely town of Saint Junien and only 25 minute's drive from the nearest airport. The closest, beautiful man made beach is less then 30 minutes away.
