We offer you this beautiful apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a bright living room opening onto a balcony with a superb view of the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne. A sofa bed, a TV and wifi are at your disposal. You can also enjoy a large kitchen open to the living room, and fully equipped: oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer... On the night side, it consists of a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an adjoining shower room. A bedroom with 2 single beds, a second shower room and a separate toilet. You will have a secure parking space. CONDITIONS PARTICULIERES : Le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus. Nous vous demanderons de vider les poubelles et vider le lave-vaisselle en partant. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus. Pensez à les apporter. Nous proposons également les draps et serviettes en supplément. Pour les réserver, contactez-nous. Location non-fumeur.
