With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Swimming shorts are not permitted. Men must wear swimming trunks.

Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, a basic WiFi connection, taxes (except city tax and application fee), access to the sports fields (except tennis courts and archery), basic activities including fitness, contests and parties. End-of-stay cleaning (except for washing up and kitchen area) is included.

Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week, or cleaning kit. (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation).

Come and relax in our beautiful indoor swimming pool in the Maisons de la Plage district. In July and August, residents of the Maisons de la Plage area can enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool just a stone's throw from their accommodation. Opening dates: French school vacations: daily from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Outside school vacations: Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; closed on Thursdays. The outdoor area is open from mid-June to the end of August.

Fitness sessions are done during school holidays and in May, June and September during the weekends and this for free. You can rent rosalies and pedal boats. Archery can be practiced in the village, all year round. Information and rates at the reception. Free yoga sessions (1h) are available during school holidays and weekends in May, June and September. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
