4 beautiful new homes located on the coast of Granit Rose in Brittany, 8km from Perros-Guirec. 80 m2 of surface, for each housing, realized by an architect on a property 2200 m2. Located just 100 m from Trestel beach. Built with quality materials, functional with spacious and bright, thanks to its large windows, with a terrace of 30 m2. Two of the units are oriented towards the bay of Perros and the island Tomé, the villa "to the rhythm of the tides" and "the island Tomé". The other two accommodations have wonderful views of Trestel Beach and the rocks of Port Blanc. There is the villa "the lighthouse of the beach" and "the rhythm of the waves". A sea view garden to relax with the tides, for these 4 accommodations! You can come alone, to two, with family or friends. Short or long stay accepted. And summer is from 7 nights. The GR34 is next! Classified as furnished 3-star tourism, 3 ears at Gîtes de France. Welcome to Bellevues-Sur-Mer!

Neighbourhood information

Located in Brittany, Côtes d'Armor, near the pink granite coast, 8 km from Perros -Guirec. There is also the beach of Port Le Goff 200m from the house. Many other beaches to discover along our coast. You have quick access to the GR34 for hikers. There is also Port-Blanc to discover.You can enjoy the beach and its water sports, surf school-paddle hire, long coast, gym next to the house (200 m) and sailing school 3 km by car. The beach is not dangerous for children and everyone finds happiness. Practicing the bike is a real pleasure. You can admire beautiful panoramas along the coast You can enjoy local products, cakes and pancakes at will, the good seafood. There are many activities throughout the year (concerts, local markets) and craft, festivals ...) Our house is located in a quiet and relaxing environment, is very accessible, well placed to visit also nearby. Only 8 km from Perros-Guirec. The island of Bréhat, Ploumanach, Tréguier, Lannion, Plougrescant. There are many visits to do.
