Welcome to our fully renovated flat, located in a quiet, peaceful area of Istres, Provence. Here you'll discover a pleasant village atmosphere, where life is good yet close to everything. Our accommodation is perfect for tourist getaways or business trips. ACCOMMODATION: Our accommodation is located on the ground floor of a village house that has been freshly renovated and divided into two flats. The second flat is on the first floor. We offer a comfortable and functional space for your stay. This flat comprises: * A living room with sitting area, dining area and fitted kitchen. * Kitchen with Baking trays, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils and everything you need for cooking. * A DOUBLE BED (140/190) and a SOFA-BED with Bultex COMFORT MATTRESS (140/190) for a total of 4 BEDS. * DRAPS, BLANKETS, COVERS, TOWELS and disposable GLOVES are provided. * Free Wi-Fi (fibre) and NETFLIX connection on two HD Smart TVs. * A Senseo COFFEE MACHINE, a Kettle for tea, a MICRO-ONDE GRILL and a GRILL. * A WASHING MACHINE, drying rack, iron and ironing board. * AUTONOMOUS ENTRANCE with secure key box for arrival at a time of your choosing (from 3pm). * DOSETTES of coffee, tea, honey, sugar, olive oil, salad dressing, salt and pepper, washing-up liquid and a bottle of water are available. * Plenty of FREE PARKING in the street in front of the house. * Ice cubes in the freezer and wine glasses to accompany your aperitifs. The Rassuen district of Istres is a peaceful and charming place in the south of France. The town lies on the banks of the Etang de Berre, Europe's largest lake. We're between the hills, the Camargue and the Crau plain. The area is renowned for its tranquillity, peace and friendly atmosphere. It has a Provencal village atmosphere, yet is close to everything. Here you are in pétanque heaven! You're surrounded by outdoor and indoor boules courts! Just a few metres away you'll find a bar and a butcher's shop. A 500 m or 7 min walk away, you'll find a large shopping area with Géant Casino, its shopping arcade and cafeteria, Sport 2000, Aldi, Lidl, Chausséa, Gifi, KFC, Mac Donald, Paul, Ange... In short, the Rassuen district is a peaceful, authentic place where you can discover the beauty of Provence and the friendliness of its inhabitants, while being right next to the main roads and shopping areas without the nuisance.
