Reception opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00
- Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.
Arrivals are not possible between 12:00 and 15:00.
Guests are expected to check-in before 20:00. If you plan on arriving after 20:00, please notify the property in advance (before 20:00). Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Prepayment can be done by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
Please note that guests are required to show a photo identification card and a credit card on their arrival. The details of those cards must match the ones of the reservation's holder.
The cleaning (except the kitchenware) is done every day except on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.The replacement of bed linen is done once a week for stays of 7 days and more.
If additional cleaning needs to be done, the property will charge the guests a supplement according to the hours spent cleaning the accommodation.
