Dans un village calme, Aufferville ce trouve a 8 kms de Nemours. Je loue ce logement de 34m². Situé au 1 er étage, l'immeuble est composé de 3 logements. L'arrivée se fait par une boite à clefs. Le logement est en duplex. La chambre est très grande avec un grand lit double de 160 cms. Parking dans la rue au fond de la place ou bien derrière l'église.
J'ai 46 ans. Je n'habite pas sur place. Mais je suis facilement joignable par téléphone.
En face la mairie et l’église, la rue est très calme.
